Class Description: The goal of this fun and informal class is to learn to be present in and aware of your body. Learn to move your own Chi; become aware of stored ‘stuff’ and gain the ability to ‘digest’ it. Nurture your positive Chi and your bio-electromagnetic field using simple thought and movement practices to create a reliable, reproducible sense of well-being.

Although this class slowly evolves we take the time to explore each core practice for several weeks.  60-75 minutes.

Cost: Donations gladly accepted! The suggested amount is whatever feels appropriate to you. Cash & Checks only. ~ RSVP Required

 


Instructor Bio: Dr. Shannon graduated cum laude from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2008.  Before, this she studied Zoology at the University of California Davis, Raptor Biology at Boise State University, and Massage Therapy in Boise, Idaho.

For fun she writes, hikes, camps, runs long-distance in minimalist shoes (loves the Run Like Hell half marathon!), and is a student of aerial arts (loves Night Flight Aerial!).
