Eva has personally struggled with digestive ailments, and she shares the experience and knowledge she has with others to help them find their way to greater digestive health. She is passionate about showing others that nutritious food doesn’t have to be about deprivation and eating boring, bland food. She especially enjoys working with anyone who is struggling to lose or maintain their healthy body weight, those who have digestive issues such as food sensitivities or allergies, and anyone who is dealing with a chronic disease or condition, including autoimmune issues and diabetes.

Eva graduated from PCC’s CLIMB Institute for Health Professionals Nutritional Therapy program, and is board certified in holistic nutrition (candidate). She enjoys spending time in nature, swimming in the ocean, hiking, skiing, and yoga.
