free Workshop: Pause Practice to Stop Triggers + sound bath

This FREE workshop will teach you how to work with triggers and come into different relationship with them. And when we do this it can help us regain a sense of empowerment so that the triggering sensation you feel doesn’t spiral you out of control instead.

Ever feel that uncomfortable pang of regret and guilt when you reacted to what someone said and you didn’t really meant it? Want to learn more about where triggers really come from and how to handle them? Then this is for you, my friend.

We will start promptly at 10:00 with an introduction, opening invitation for anyone to share their intention, what they hope to learn, etc, and will move into the steps of the pause practice. It’s simple, and not always easy to remember to remember when in the heat of the trigger. So this is a skill that requires practice so that you can use when you know you may be facing a triggering situation. Or when you are triggered, you can navigate it coming from a place of self love and connection. Respond from your heart, instead of react from an emotional wounding.


At the end we will conclude with a relaxing, soothing sound bath to get your nervous system and body feeling calm and relaxed, start your weekend off in peace.
